Highlights

• Brokerage files that contain second-level income splits now complete correctly and show as fully distributed
• The import total shown against those files is no longer overstated
• Unticking a payee on the Distribution Preview now also excludes their fees from the run – previously the fees were still applied
• Payees with no revenue this period but fees to deduct now appear on the Distribution Preview, so the preview matches the distribution run
• The Distribution Preview now shows total distributed, split and retained amounts, with a totals row that follows the advisers you have ticked
• The Distribution Preview now nets reversals and clawbacks for payees who do not receive GST, so the preview matches the amount paid
• The income summary report now applies the “to” distribution you select
• Searching by payee on the income reports now matches on any part of the name, rather than needing an exact match
• A new report has been added, showing income by payee for a date range

Highlights

• Improvements in startup speed
• Distribution emails now zip and encrypt attachments
• Email template has been split out to two fields, to allow easier update of email content
• Brokerage file imports will now fail if either the account name or the account number is missing
• Variable rate fee payments are no longer ignored if the brokerage total is negative
• The ClientID is now displayed on the Client Listing to make it easier to find
• Two new reports have been added
